Planned Work

At Risk - Cloud Hosting Storage Maintenance - Scheduled

End Time: Wednesday 24th January 2018 - 00:00

Razorblue engineers will be carrying out essential maintenance to the storage platform in our Leeds and Manchester cloud environments in order to install critical firmware updates on Tuesday 23rd between 8pm and midnight.
Razorblue will upgrade the standby controllers first, then fail over the storage to these controllers. The other controllers will then be upgraded and the storage failed back to the active controller. As a result your service should be classed at risk as there is a chance of a brief drop in connectivity while the controllers are failed over.

End Time: Friday 2nd February 2018 - 06:00

During the period of 22:00 and 06:00 on February 1st/2nd 2017 network maintenance will be carried out by a Razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:
Ripon
Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 3 hours during this maintenance window.
If connectivity is not restored following the maintenance in the first instance please power cycle the CPE, and if issues persist please contact our support desk on 0333 344 5600.
Any customers with ADSL backup will automatically fail over and service will not be lost.
