Supplier Scheduled Maintenance - Scheduled

End Time: Wednesday 16th January 2019 - 06:00

During the period of 00:05 and 06:00 on January 16th 2019 network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:
Melrosegate
Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 1 hour during this maintenance window.
If connectivity is not restored following the maintenance in the first instance please power cycle the CPE, and if issues persist please contact our support desk on 0333 344 5600.
Any customers with ADSL backup will automatically fail over and service will not be lost.


Manchester Cloud platform maintenance - Scheduled


Affects: Cloud Server
Start Time: Friday 18th January 2019 - 19:00
End Time: Saturday 19th January 2019 - 06:00

We will be carrying out some work on our Manchester Cloud hosting platform on Friday evening, to increase capacity, performance and resilience. The work will be done without requiring any downtime but during this maintenance window some resilience will be reduced. We have an expected window of 19:00 until 06:00 but will update the status portal once the work has been completed

During the period of 00:05 and 06:00 on 23rd January 2019 network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:
Lancaster
Harehills
Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 20 minutes during this maintenance window.
If connectivity is not restored following the maintenance in the first instance please power cycle the CPE, and if issues persist please contact our support desk on 0333 344 5600.
Any customers with ADSL backup will automatically fail over and service will not be lost.
