During the period of 00:05 and 06:00 on 13th November 2018 network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:
Guisborough
Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 1 hour during this maintenance window.
If connectivity is not restored following the maintenance in the first instance please power cycle the CPE, and if issues persist please contact our support desk on 0333 344 5600.
Any customers with ADSL backup will automatically fail over and service will not be lost.

In recognition of reduced staffing levels across the industry over the Christmas period, we will be conducting a network and provisioning change freeze from close of business the 14th December 2018 through to the 3rd January 2019. Throughout this period, no non-essential changes to our Core Network or any services we provide will be made.
Please ensure that any change requests are made as early as possible, so that they can be completed prior to the change freeze.
We will of course be available 24/7 over the Christmas period for any emergencies or outages within our Core Network and Infrastructure. Support will also be available to those customers whose support contracts this applies to.
