Planned Maintenance Notice - Scheduled


Affects: Metro Ethernet, ADSL Connection, FTTC, PSTN (Data Only), EoFTTC, EFM, Ethernet On-Net
Start Time: Wednesday 18th October 2017 - 22:00
End Time: Thursday 19th October 2017 - 04:00

During the period of 22:00 and 04:00 on 18/10/2017 network maintenance will be carried out by a Razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:
Middleton Tyas
Faverdale
Tockwith
Harrogate
Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to two separate instances of 20 minutes (40 total) during this maintenance window.
If connectivity is not restored following the maintenance in the first instance please power cycle the CPE, and if issues persist please contact our support desk on 0333 344 5600.
Any customers with ADSL backup will automatically fail over and service will not be lost.
