During the period of 00:05 and 06:00 on September 27th 2018 network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:
Harehills
Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 30 minutes during this maintenance window.
If connectivity is not restored following the maintenance in the first instance please power cycle the CPE, and if issues persist please contact our support desk on 0333 344 5600.
Any customers with ADSL backup will automatically fail over and service will not be lost.

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 10 hours during this maintenance window.
