Between the hours of 20:00 and 00:00 on Saturday 12th March, razorblue engineers will be carrying out essential upgrades on our core network. During this time network connectivity provided by razorblue will be intermittent, downtime will be kept to a minimum. Servers hosted on our cloud platform may be inaccessible but they will still be running. Between the hours of 12:00 and 18:00 on Saturday 27th March, razorblue engineers will be carrying out essential upgrades on our core network. During this time network connectivity provided by a subset of razorblue's upstream providers will incur downtime, however it will be kept to a minimum. If you are a razorblue customer with a backup connectivity solution, you should not experience any downtime. If any razorblue customers are still experiencing issues outside of this timeframe, please contact the service desk.
