Supplier Scheduled Maintenance - Scheduled

Affects: Ethernet Leased Line

Start Time: Tuesday 8th September 2020 - 23:00

End Time: Wednesday 9th September 2020 - 05:00


During the period of 23:00 on the 8th September and 05:00 on the 9th September 2020, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Billingham
Borehamwood
Bubwith
Catterick Garrison
Harrogate
Leeds
Seaham
Stanley
Stockton-on-Tees

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 30 minutes.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.

Affects: Ethernet Leased Line, ADSL, FTTC, EoFTTC, EFM, Ethernet On-Net, FTTP

End Time: Wednesday 16th September 2020 - 21:00


During the period of 18:00 to 21:00 on Wednesday 16th September 2020, razorblue engineers will be carrying out maintenance on the networking infrastructure of our Easingwold POP. Any customers in the Easingwold area with connections from this POP will experience a period of downtime

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

During the period of 01:00 and 06:00 on the 17th September 2020, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Manchester
Northallerton
Stockport


Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 150 minutes.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.
