During the period of 01:30 and 06:00 on the 24th June 2020, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Richmond (N Yorkshire)

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 30 minutes.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.
