Cloud Backup and Replicate - Scheduled Maintenance - Scheduled

Affects: Remote Backup License, Cloud Server, Cloud Replicate, Veeam - CSP

Start Time: Sunday 26th September 2021 - 10:00

End Time: Sunday 26th September 2021 - 18:00


Between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00 on Sunday 26th of September 2021, essential software upgrades will be performed to razorblue's disaster recovery solution environment.

We anticipate there will be a 1-2 hour period where cloud replication will be paused which will affect all cloud replicate customers. Backups will also be impacted during this time frame. This notification is to let customers know that service is to be considered at risk during this period whilst we complete routine maintenance.

Supplier Scheduled Maintenance - Scheduled

Start Time: Tuesday 28th September 2021 - 20:00

End Time: Wednesday 29th September 2021 - 02:00


During the period of 20:00 on the 28th and 02:00 on the 29th September 2021, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Wythenshawe

Our supplier has informed us that the connectivity should be considered “at risk” for the duration of the maintenance window.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.
