Supplier Scheduled Maintenance - Scheduled

Start Time: Tuesday 1st December 2020 - 01:00

End Time: Tuesday 1st December 2020 - 06:00


During the period of 01:00 and 06:00 on the 1st December 2020, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Dewsbury
Wakefield

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 60 minutes.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.

During the period of 01:00 and 06:00 on the 4th December 2020, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Huddersfield
Stockport

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 120 minutes.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.

Affects: Cloud Server, Cloud Firewall, Cloud Replicate

Start Time: Thursday 3rd December 2020 - 21:00

End Time: Thursday 3rd December 2020 - 22:00


Between the hours of 21:00 and 22:00 on Thursday 3rd December 2020, razorblue will be performing essential network software upgrades to our Cloud Hosting environment.

We do not anticipate any impact to customer services during this window, this notification is to let customers know that service is to be considered at risk during this period whilst we complete routine maintenance.
