Razorblue will be undertaking essential maintenance to their hosted platform on Monday, May 17th between 18:00-23:00 to upgrade a power distribution unit.

Razorblue do not anticipate any impact to customer services during this window; this notification is purely to let customers know that service is at risk during this period.

Manchester SAN Firmware Upgrade - Scheduled

Affects: Cloud Server Resource Pool, Communicator Hosted UC, SMTP Outbound, Cloud Server, Dedicated Server, Legacy Hosted Telephony, Hosted DNS, Shared/Reseller Hosting, Cloud Firewall, Kaseya, Cloud Replicate

Start Time: Tuesday 18th May 2021 - 18:00

End Time: Tuesday 18th May 2021 - 20:00


Between the hours of 18:00 and 20:00 local time on 18th May 2021 razorblue will be performing essential maintenance to the storage platform in our Manchester cloud environment in order to install critical firmware updates.

Razorblue will upgrade the standby controllers first, then fail over the storage to these controllers. The other controllers will then be upgraded and the storage failed back to the active controller.

Razorblue do not anticipate any impact to customer services during this window; this notification is purely to let customers know that service is at risk during this period.
