Network Maintenance - Leeds - Scheduled

Affects: Shared/Reseller Hosting, Colocation, Dedicated Server, Cloud Server, Ethernet On-Net, Cloud Firewall

Start Time: Thursday 5th January 2023 - 20:00

End Time: Thursday 5th January 2023 - 23:59


As part of our network upgrade programme, razorblue engineers will be replacing one or more core network devices in our Leeds Datacentre. The work will take place on Thursday, January 5th 2023 from 20:00 - 23:59.

During the maintenance window we anticipate a brief outage on all datacentre connectivity which should last less than 5 minutes.

If after this window you experience an extended outage, please contact our service desk to raise a case.

Please be advised of 3rd party works which will impact your services. The purpose of this work is to increase capacity-bandwidth. This upgrade work is part of essential network build on the new network and is part of a wider ongoing programme. The customer may see an outage of up to 6 hours during the maintenance window. Please provide your IT provider if you continue to experience outages following the completion of the work.
