During the period of 23:00 and 04:00 on 20th August 2019 network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Newton Aycliffe

Scarborough

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 20 minutes during this maintenance window.
Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.
Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.
