Supplier Scheduled Maintenance - Scheduled

Start Time: Friday 14th February 2020 - 22:00

End Time: Saturday 15th February 2020 - 06:00


During the period of 22:00 on the 14th February and 06:00 on the 15th February 2020, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Northallerton

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity will be affected for up to 480 minutes.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.

During the period of 00:05 and 06:00 on the 19th February 2020, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Northallerton
Stonehouse

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity will be affected for up to 90 minutes.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.
