Emergency Supplier Maintenance - Scheduled

Affects: Ethernet On-Net

Start Time: Friday 17th January 2020 - 20:00

End Time: Friday 17th January 2020 - 08:00


During the period of 20:00 17th January and 08:00 18th 2019, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Middleton Tyas

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity will be affected for the entire duration of this maintenance window.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.

razorblue Core Network Maintenance - Scheduled

Affects: Metro Ethernet, ADSL Connection, FTTC, EoFTTC, EFM, Ethernet On-Net

Start Time: Saturday 25th January 2020 - 00:00

End Time: Saturday 25th January 2020 - 02:00


As part of our ongoing effort to improve our service, there will be scheduled maintenance during the period of 00:00 and 02:00 on Saturday 25th January 2020. razorblue engineers will be working to increase capacity and resilience on our core network.

Leased line customers will notice intermittent outages throughout the window, of varying length.

Some broadband customers may notice a drop in internet connectivity during the period. Any drop in connectivity should not last longer than a few moments and every effort shall be taken to steer clients to alternative equipment prior to the work

Any degradation of service or loss of connectivity outside of the maintenance window should be reported to the Service Desk.

During the period of 00:00 and 06:00 on 24th January 2019 network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Huddersfield

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 30 minutes during this maintenance window.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.
