During the period of 00:05 and 06:00 on 11th October 2019 network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:
Lancaster
Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 90 minutes during this maintenance window.
Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.
Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.

Start Time: Wednesday 16th October 2019 - 20:00
End Time: Wednesday 16th October 2019 - 23:00

Between the hours of 20:00 and 23:00 on Wednesday 16th October, razorblue engineers will be carrying out essential maintenance on our core network. During this time there is a RISK that network connectivity provided by razorblue will be intermittent and servers hosted on our cloud platform may be inaccessible.
If you are a razorblue network customer and are still experiencing issues outside of this timeframe, the CPE should be power cycled in the first instance - If the issue persists please contact the Service Desk if there is a valid contract.
