Razorblue will be undertaking essential maintenance to their hosted platform on Tuesday, July 19th between 18:00-23:59 to upgrade a power distribution unit.

Razorblue do not anticipate any impact to customer services during this window; this notification is purely to let customers know that service is at risk during this period.

Network Upgrades - Pickmere - Scheduled

Affects: Ethernet On-Net, EFM, EoFTTC, FTTC, SMTP Outbound, ADSL, Ethernet Leased Line, FTTP

During the period of 5AM and 6AM on July 12th 2022, network maintenance will be carried out by a Razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

PICKMERE

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 3 Hours during this maintenance window.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path.

Please be aware a supplier of ours has advised us of some network maintenance which will affect the following location:

Websites and services on our shared webhosting platform will be unavailable between 20:00 and 23:59 on 20th September to allow for an essential upgrade of system software.

Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause but for the upgrade requires downtime, our engineers will work to keep this to as short a period in the window stated above.

Backup Infrastructure maintenance - Scheduled

Please be aware, on Sunday 25th September, between the hours of 10am and 4pm, we will be performing essential maintenance in our datacentre which will impact the following products:

- Cloud Backup
- Cloud Replicate

These products may experience intermittent downtime during the period whilst they are worked on, however cloud servers will remain available and not be affected during this maintenance.
