"During the period of 00:00 and 06:00 on the 5th January 2021, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers with connectivity in the following areas:

Stonehouse
Swanley

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 150 minutes.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.

Any customers with a backup service such as ADSL, FTTC or 4G will not suffer a loss of service during this window as their service will fail-over to the backup path."

To improve the resilience and performance of our core network, razorblue engineers will be carrying out some essential work between the hours of 22:00 and 23:00 on Thursday 14th January.

We do not anticipate that this will require any downtime, but would like to notify clients that services should be considered "at risk" whilst we work on the core networking equipment.

Wynyard POP - Essential network maintenance - Scheduled

End Time: Wednesday 20th January 2021 - 21:00


To improve the resilience and performance of our Pop at Wynyard, razorblue engineers will be carrying out some essential work between the hours of 20:00 and 21:00 on Wednesday 20th January.

We do not anticipate that this will require any downtime, but would like to notify clients that services should be considered "at risk" whilst we work on the POP networking equipment.

Core Network Maintenance - Scheduled

Affects: Ethernet Leased Line, EoFTTC, EFM, Ethernet On-Net

Start Time: Monday 1st February 2021 - 20:00

End Time: Thursday 4th February 2021 - 22:00


During the period of 20:00 and 22:00 on the 1st-4th February, network maintenance will be carried out by a razorblue supplier which will affect customers connectivity

Our supplier has informed us that connectivity may be affected for up to 120 minutes, but will not affect each client every evening of this maintenance. We will contact clients individually with precise evening of interuption of their network connection.

Our engineers will monitor the maintenance and if connectivity is not restored once the maintenance window is complete, we will contact you.
