Description:
We experienced a brief network incident impacting customer traffic between our London and Manchester locations. This was caused by an issue identified during third‑party works in our Manchester DC, which resulted in traffic instability.

Impact:
Some customers may have experienced intermittent connectivity or degraded performance during the incident window.

Actions Taken:
Traffic has been re-routed via a different path to avoid the 3rd party disruption. The razorblue core network still remains fully resilient.
